Dear All,
It is to our biggest regret that we find ourselves having to cancel this year’s Brussels Circadian Event. Unfortunately, after the previous edition’s many many problems with obtaining the permits from the region of Brussels. This year, the region confirmed with a 5 month delay that all was ok but seem to have mixed up the date of the event and placed us on the schedule one month later than asked. It was only after multiple calls that we eventually found out that we were scheduled for a wrong date. In the rush we did a lot to try to find another location to organise the event without needing to cancel the entire edition, nevertheless no solution was found and Benjamin and I have decided that instead of being uncertain until the last minute that we are obliged to cancel.
Practically two things will happen now.
1) We invite you all to send your bank accounts so we can FULLY REIMBURSE YOU of your inscription fee.
2) We are trying to find a date for this event ASAP in the months to come. We hope, that you understand our situation and find a way to continue to trust us to organise a good event in the right conditions.
We apologise deeply for everything,
Regretfully,
Ralph Mesquita and Benjamin Ogier

You’ll have enough time to make friends on the course with the other runners. However, if you have supporters that with to pass and run a few laps with you, this cannot be more than 10 accumulated laps in total. If the people responsible for time-checking see an abuse of this rule you will be penalised.
- Our race is eco-friendly, we ask you to avoid useless trash.
- NO TRASH is admitted on the course. Big bins will be available at the aid stations.
- All abuse or disrespect of the rules or non conformity to a convivial spirit will be sanctioned by the organisers.
- For all races the final FULL lap will be the deciding distance fully covered. This means that if you arrive from your lap at 23h:58 minutes, unless you are able to complete one more lap before 24h00 the final meters covered will not be counted.
The organisers maintain the necessity of being able to eventually modify the rules.
